We collect the following categories of Personal Information: Registration Data (name, email, phone number, mailing address), Identification (driver's license number and state of issuance), Payment Information (credit card, debit card, or bank account details processed securely and never stored in full), Address Information (residential and business addresses), Background Check Data, Communications (messages, support tickets, and inquiries), Event Registration data, and User-Generated Content (posts, comments, reviews).
We use your Personal Information solely for: providing and improving our Services, processing transactions and payments, verifying your identity and conducting legally required background checks, responding to inquiries and providing customer support, sending transactional communications, complying with valid court orders and lawful subpoenas, and preventing fraud. We do NOT use your information for marketing or advertising without your explicit written consent.
All Personal Information is retained and stored exclusively within our secure, encrypted systems. Information is kept only as long as necessary or as required by law. Once your account is closed or a transaction is complete, we securely delete or anonymize your data within ninety (90) days, except where legally required to retain records.
Your Personal Information will NOT be shared with third parties under any circumstances, except as explicitly outlined below.
6.1 Legal Compliance: We will disclose your information only in response to a valid court order, judicial subpoena, or warrant. We will NOT voluntarily disclose information to law enforcement without valid legal process.
6.2 Background Checks: We share only the minimum necessary information with our third-party background check provider, bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
6.3 Payment Processing: Payment information is processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant processors. We do not store full payment card details.
6.4 No Other Sharing: We will never sell, rent, license, or trade your Personal Information to any third party.
Your information is protected through industry-standard encryption, secure servers, and access controls. Sensitive Information is encrypted both in transit and at rest using AES-256 encryption or equivalent. Only authorized employees with a legitimate business need have access to your data.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Information. Upon your request, we will respond within thirty (30) days. Contact us at the address in Section 12.
Our Services are not directed to individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to access that information, and to request deletion. Big Country Solution LLC does not sell personal information.
